Club Ice Sessions  will be on Sundays from 8:20 AM to 9:50 AM in two sessions (8:20 - 9:05 and 9:05 - 9:50).

Club Ice Fees and Ticket Purchase
Beginning September 11, 2022

Members - Home Club & Associate
  • Ten Session Passes - $100  *(previously purchased passes will be accepted)
  • Walk-on single tickets - $12 per session
Non Members
  • Ten Session Pass - $135.00
  • Walk-on single tickets - $15.00 per session

  • As of January 8, 2023, cash and checks will no longer be accepted for purchase of Club Ice sessions or Club Ice Ten Session Passes. Only credit/debit cards will be accepted for Club Ice. Currently, a convenience fee will not be charged to the purchaser. Additionally, Half Sessions will not be available. 
UD Club Ice Policies and Procedures

  • Masks are now optional within University of Delaware buildings, including the ice arena.
  • Social distancing must be observed at ALL times.
  • Music can be played from iphones only, not from the music box.
  • No locker rooms will be available
  • Skaters must bring their own, labeled water bottle. No sharing of water bottles is permitted. Water bottle filling stations will be allowed but water fountains will not be accessible.
  • Only pole harness may be used as a training aide. No other training aids are allowed on the ice. 
  • Parents of skaters under the age of 18 will sign their skater in and out at the check-in table in the lobby.
  • Walk-ins will be accepted until the session limit of 20 skaters is reached.

Club Ice Cancellations for Inclement Weather

When the University of Delaware is closed for inclement weather, Club Ice is canceled. If the UD Rinks are open, check your email for a message from UDFSC and check the website for a posted cancellation of Club Ice. 
Coaches are Required to have the following paperwork to coach on the UDFSC Club Ice:
- Coach's Card
and any or all of the following if the coach's card is not updated:
- Coach's Insurance
- USFSA Membership
- PSA Membership
- Background check through USFSA

As a coach, it is your responsibility to have the proper documentation with you at all times. The membership year is July 1st-June 30th, so all paperwork must be updated to reflect the membership year.

ANY COACH WHO HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE PROPER PAPERWORK AND DOES NOT HAVE IT AVAILABLE TO SHOW THE MONITOR WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COACH ON THE CLUB SESSION. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
NOTE:  ALL GUEST COACHES WHO WISH TO COACH ON CLUB ICE SESSIONS MUST SHOW:
1)  Current CER card (proof of Insurance)
2)  Current USFS Membership
